Our service network gives quick and efficient support providing our customers with both detailed information and solutions to all kinds of issues they may have. Our machines are solidly built and we were therefore able to reduce service requests to a minimum. Moreover, we are managing 99% of service requests via remote support service. Our customer can access this service and open a service ticket by mail or phone via a special software. In addition to our standard remote service we also offer special remote support in order to support new customers during the first days after installation.
